Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button. If the local delivery option does not appear, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are typically shipped within 2-7 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of 1.300 BHD applies to all orders within Bahrain. Currently, we only ship to locations within Bahrain.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at roknforkids@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle such cases individually and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
